Knight Lesson For The Week Of November 20th-  Be Grateful

This week, the Middle School PBIS lesson is to Be Grateful. In life, we have many things that we can be grateful for. There can be a range of things every day that one can stop and be thankful for. For example, we all could be grateful for having a roof over our heads and people who care about us. But, we also could be grateful for the sun shining or a peer saying hello.

We each have the opportunity to make an impact on someone’s day. Simply giving someone a smile in the hall can make all the difference in someone’s day and life. We all should take a moment to appreciate the small things in life that we can be grateful for.

This year, I am most grateful for the relationships that we have the opportunity to build every day at school with students, staff, and parents. Some may say that their job is something that they have to do, but I am personally grateful that this is something that I Get To Do!

We hope that each of you has a wonderful Thanksgiving Break and are able to reflect on what in your life you are grateful for.
